Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Delphino Atlantis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bone Crash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Atlantis's entrance music is Refused - New Noise. A fine choice. Bone Crash will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Sydney, Delphino Atlantis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bone Crash!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Francis DeMontford and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crash throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Crash throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Atlantis.
Atlantis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Crash sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Atlantis looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Crash wants to land a leg kick but Atlantis is out of range.
Crash keeps Atlantis at a distance using the push kick.

Atlantis closes the distance and pushes Crash back into the cage.
Crash is trying to maintain a safe position but Atlantis gets an underhook and turns Crash into the cage.
Atlantis tries to score a body lock takedown but Crash shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Crash stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Atlantis.
Atlantis takes an elbow to the forehead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crash creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Atlantis's defenses.

Crash tries to work over Atlantis's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Atlantis is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Crash is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Delphino Atlantis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Atlantis is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Crash gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Atlantis wants to take the fight to the mat but Crash manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Crash wants to sweep but no luck.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Atlantis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Atlantis wants to control from the top but Crash keeps moving.
Atlantis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Crash swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Atlantis not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Crash is trying to control but can't.

Atlantis is nestled in close to Crash, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Atlantis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Crash defends it well.

Atlantis trying to control the position from guard on top but Crash is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Atlantis throws a big elbow that misses.
Atlantis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Atlantis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Crash swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Atlantis works over Crash with some ground and pound from guard.
Crash avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Crash keeping full guard, as Atlantis tries to pass.

Atlantis is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Atlantis postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Crash utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Atlantis works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Crash wants to control but Atlantis is keeping busy.

Atlantis is looking to take a break and control but Crash is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Atlantis not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Atlantis maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Crash could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Atlantis has cracked it and Crash is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Atlantis!

After winning the bout, Delphino Atlantis thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
