The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Street throws a hook but Urquhart avoids it easily.
Urquhart fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Street has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Street takes one on the button.
Urquhart tries to clinch but Street moves out of range.
Street lands the left hand.
Urquhart works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Urquhart has Street up against the cage in a clinch.
Urquhart doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Urquhart prevents a body shot from Street.
Urquhart prevents a takedown attempt there.
I was talking to Urquhart's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Street's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Street is looking to control Urquhart's arms but Urquhart gets an underhook and turns him. Now Street has his back to the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Street throws an elbow but misses.

Urquhart drops Street with a big knee straight up the middle! Street is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

It looks like Michael Street has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Urquhart buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Urquhart throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Street looks winded!
