Jones comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dmx Intro kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jimi Aldo had a look across the ring there at his opponent. Jones shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Aldo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Jones keeps control of the position as Aldo tries to break free.

Aldo drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jones manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Aldo has Jones in his guard.
Aldo has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
