Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kim Un (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beast Mode (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim Un looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kim Un! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Beast Mode! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Un is looking to clinch but Mode is avoiding it.
Un is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Un misses with the combination.
Mode appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Mode wants to clinch. Mode throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Mode clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mode has had enough of the clinch but Un keeps him there for the moment. Mode is trying to pull guard but Un turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Mode looking for a takedown. Mode swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Our sources have told us that Un has been working on his elbows in the gym. Un escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. Un closes the distance and pushes Mode back into the cage. Mode is looking to break free of the clinch but Un has double underhooks. Mode pulls Un into guard.
Mode pulls Un in close to his closed guard and prevents Un from doing any damage or advancing position. Mode has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Un off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Mode fails with a takedown attempt. Kim Un has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Beast Mode. An inside leg kick lands from Un. Un tries to clinch there but Mode circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Un feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mode's calf. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Un is defended easily by Mode. Mode feints the counter takedown. Un is breathing heavily. Un gets a takedown into half guard. Mode manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Un keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mode misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Un.
Un breaks from the clinch.
Mode fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Un sprawls well initially but Mode persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mode decides to stand up. Mode fails with the takedown. Mode avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mode misses with a series of wild punches.
Un went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Un throws the left hand but Mode avoids the punch easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mode is defended easily by Un. Horrible takedown attempt by Mode or perhaps it was just good defense by Un, which made it look bad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Un circles away from the clinch attempt.
A combination from Mode does no damage. Un dives in and grabs Mode's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mode pushes down on Un's head and hops out. Mode tries to score a power double leg takedown but Un sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mode somewhat. Un seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Mode shoots in for a takedown but Un shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mode misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Un throws a hook but Mode blocks it. Un throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mode was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Mode drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Beast Mode will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Mode throws an overhand right that lands on Un's shoulder, as Un tries to avoid the shot. Mode misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mode tries to clinch up and Un counters with a one-two to the body. Un slaps away a takedown attempt from Mode, before circling back to the center of the mat. As Mode tries to get set, Un tries to push him back and clinch up but Mode manages to avoid the attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mode shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Un sprawls well. Un wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mode gets slowly back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Horrible takedown attempt by Mode or perhaps it was just good defense by Un, which made it look bad. Kim Un has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Beast Mode.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mode fails with a takedown attempt from distance. As Mode tries to get set, Un tries to push him back and clinch up but Mode manages to avoid the attempt. Mode is trying hard to land a takedown here. Un sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Un. Mode shrugs it off though. Un tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mode swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mode swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mode gets caught napping as Un dives in and scores a takedown. Mode manages to retain guard. Mode wants to stand but Un is controlling the position. Mode has his hands on Un's head, controlling the position. Un got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mode has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Un has managed to get both his arms back between Mode's legs - danger averted.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Un stopping the sweep attempt from Mode. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Mode holds on and takes a little breather. Let's hope that Mode has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Un tries to keep at a distance but Mode has taken the fight into the clinch. Un is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mode pulls him back up using the underhooks. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Mode tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Mode misses with a short punch on the inside. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kim Un will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Un blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Mode struggles to land a body shot inside as Un controls his hands.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Un gets control of Mode's arms and successfully pulls guard. Un will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Un being controlled here, momentarily. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Mode.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mode missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Mode is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Mode's coach down at Cozad MMA Los Angeles was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Mode's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Un keeps the fight on the outside. Mode shoots in but Un avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Mode tries to close the distance and clinch but Un swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kim Un is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Un slaps away a takedown attempt from Mode, before circling back to the center of the mat. Un fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mode shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Un as he jumps to the side. Kim Un is winning the standup battle so far. Un avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mode fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Un scores with a decent looking hook.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kim Un. I think Un has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
