The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Waller.
Sadulaev bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Waller explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Sadulaev moves into range and clinches up with Waller.
Sadulaev drags the fight down to the ground.
Sadulaev on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sadulaev tries to get out of the position.
Sadulaev is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Sadulaev's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Waller is holding on here and Sadulaev must be using up a lot of energy. Waller has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Sadulaev gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
