Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raimundo Sobral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waldemir Warzecha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sobral might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Baddest-Krispy Kreme. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Waldemir Warzecha enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Raimundo Sobral! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Waldemir Warzecha! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warzecha looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Warzecha throws a head kick but Sobral moves out of range.
We've been told by Sobral's head coaches at He Man Women Haters Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Warzecha throws a body kick that misses. Sobral swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Warzecha drives through with a takedown into guard. Warzecha drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sobral looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sobral looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sobral! Warzecha is looking to reverse the position. Sobral looks up at the clock and then as Warzecha takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sobral smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Sobral looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Sobral tries for a kimura but Warzecha is defending well. Sobral working the ground and pound but Warzecha is defending the strikes. Sobral tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sobral has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sobral lands a few punches from side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Warzecha is looking to regain half guard here but Sobral keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sobral is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Warzecha knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Warzecha wants to control but Sobral postures up. Warzecha is trying to get back to half guard. Warzecha can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Warzecha is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Sobral off and has taken his back! Warzecha working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Sobral is doing well to defend. Warzecha seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Sobral is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Waldemir Warzecha! Our winner, Waldemir Warzecha, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. The defeated Raimundo Sobral had this to say: 'I'll beat up every person in jail...'.
