Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Cenk John!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aloe Blacc!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Winston Alpacca and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blacc tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
John misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice takedown defense from John. No joy for Blacc on that attempt.
John moves into range and connects with a jab.
A combination from John does no damage.
Cenk John seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blacc leaves John with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Blacc closes the distance and clinches.
John jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Blacc walks away with a smile on his face. John gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Blacc walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Blacc is rocked!

It looks like Aloe Blacc has been cut.
Blacc is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
John stuffs the takedown attempt from Blacc. Blacc gets slowly back to his feet.
Blacc is still on wobbly legs! Can John finish him?
Blacc takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
John throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Blacc.
Cenk John has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aloe Blacc.

John shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. John showed some decent athleticism there.
Blacc scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but John manages to mount him!

Blacc is looking to improve his position but John isn't that keen on the idea.
John fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

John looking to secure an arm triangle but Blacc defends it well.
Blacc is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
John breaks from Blacc's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Blacc bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

John has one foot on Blacc's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

John closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Blacc to the mat! Blacc manages to get full guard.
John is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
John wants to get up but he can't break Blacc's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
John trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
John has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Blacc trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Blacc wants to sweep but no luck.
Blacc seems to have recovered his senses.

John has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Blacc is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Blacc keeping moving, preventing John from controlling successfully.
Blacc striking off his back but it's not causing John any problems.
Blacc will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
John looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
John tries to close the distance and clinch up but Blacc swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Blacc let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Blacc shoots in looking for a takedown but John manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Blacc's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
John looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Blacc is fending him off so far but John persists. Nope, Blacc circles away and we're back to standing.
John is breathing heavily.
Blacc throws a nice head kick!
John throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Blacc counters by clinching up.

Blacc escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Blacc shoots in for a takedown but John shows good takedown defense.

The referee calls for John to work.

Blacc breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
John is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Blacc.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
John tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Blacc fails to pull the fight into his guard.
John tries for a takedown but Blacc manages to get underhooks.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Blacc landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

John shoots in for a takedown but Blacc shows good takedown defense.
Sloppy strikes from John. Those never looked like landing.
John tries to clinch but Blacc is having none of it.
Cenk John is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Blacc shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says John as he avoids it easily.

and John takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Blacc stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Blacc wants it to stay on the feet.

John wants to get back to his feet but Blacc drags him back down.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

John tries to bench press Blacc off him but Blacc keeps the position.

Blacc stands up.

Aloe Blacc seems to be getting the better of the standup.
John tries to clinch but Blacc is having none of it.
Blacc unleashes a big counter combination but John bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Blacc closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming John to the mat! John manages to get full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blacc seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Aloe Blacc showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

John takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Blacc.
John is trying to get back to his feet.
John stops Blacc from passing to mount.
John struggling a bit here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blacc creates some space and throws a big elbow, but John sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Blacc connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused John some visible discomfort.

Blacc stands up.
John has his takedown stuffed
and Blacc counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
John shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Blacc but Blacc pushes him off and we're back to square one.

John prevents the takedown attempt.
Blacc lands on the inside with an uppercut.
John is trying to pull guard but Blacc has him pressed against the cage.

Blacc has his foot on John's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. John works his way back into a safe position though.
Blacc wants to stand and escape but John is having none of it.

John throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Blacc works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Blacc wants to sweep here but John controlling him for the moment.
John working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Blacc's head.

John is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Blacc is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Blacc has escaped and now he's on top!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now John is on top in guard.

Blacc is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

John drops back looking for a leg! Blacc is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Blacc manages to kick John off! John jumps back into Blacc's guard.

Aloe Blacc comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Blacc has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
