Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glossu Rabban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Selassie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor Selassie acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Glossu Rabban! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Victor Selassie! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circle momentarily. Selassie darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. The crowd cheers as Selassie lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rabban doesn't seem phased though. Selassie tries to land a body kick and Rabban counters with a takedown into side control. The strikes coming from Rabban are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Selassie looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Rabban scores with punches from side control. Selassie is looking for a sweep. Rabban tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. We've been hearing that Rabban has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Selassie is looking to reverse the position. Rabban tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rabban has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Selassie taking a bit of punishment here - Rabban scoring with strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Selassie tries to get back to half guard but can't. Selassie wants to control but Rabban postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. The strikes coming from Rabban are missing the target in this wave of attacks. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rabban working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Rabban thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Rabban working away. Rabban looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Rabban creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Selassie sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Rabban creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Selassie is trying to control Rabban's posture but Rabban avoids it. Selassie tries to buck Rabban off but Rabban is having none of it. Selassie wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Rabban throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rabban wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Selassie, who protects the arm well. Rabban tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Selassie is trying to improve his position. Rabban is looking to take a break and control but Selassie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Selassie is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Rabban's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Rabban is trying to control. Selassie wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Selassie can do anything to dispel that myth. Selassie is doing well to control the position and prevent Rabban from advancing to side control. Selassie is trying to control but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Rabban is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Selassie defends it well. Selassie trying to control but Rabban postures up.

Glossu Rabban dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Selassie smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Victor Selassie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Selassie throws an off balance right hand
and Rabban counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Selassie lands a right hand that snaps the head of Rabban backwards. Selassie is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Rabban tries to pull guard but Selassie won't allow it.

Selassie misses with an elbow over the top. Still in the clinch, Selassie scores with a nice short uppercut. Selassie digs a right hand into Rabban's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Rabban's gas tank. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Both guys are working to get underhooks. A head punch on the inside from Rabban fails to land. Selassie is pressed up against the cage. Rabban has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Selassie down to the mat. Selassie avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glossu Rabban. That's going to take a lot out of him. Selassie lands a really nice looking cross but Rabban seems unphased.
It looks like Glossu Rabban has been cut. Selassie lands with a good body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Selassie lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Rabban walks into a stiff left hand from Selassie. Selassie lands a jab-cross combination. Selassie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rabban. Rabban feinted with a counter takedown. Selassie misses with a low kick.
Rabban tries to counter with a takedown but Selassie is quick to defend against it. Selassie lands a big head kick that sends Rabban tumbling to the mat! Selassie takes a step backwards and waves Rabban back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Rabban is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rabban avoids the body shot from Selassie.
Selassie jabs Rabban to the body, keeping him at a distance. Selassie loads up on a big right hand but Rabban slips the punch. Selassie has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Rabban moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Victor Selassie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Selassie feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rabban sprawling to the canvas! Rabban rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Selassie finish him?!
Oh Rabban is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rabban. Selassie throws a monster overhand right that drops Rabban! Selassie follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Victor Selassie! Victor Selassie took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview. Glossu Rabban spoke after the fight, saying 'Uff-Da'.
