Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Shane Ripgut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Wiggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrew Wiggins will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shane Ripgut! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrew Wiggins! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ripgut gets off balance looking for a body kick and Wiggins holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Ripgut wants to get back to striking at distance but Wiggins won't allow it.
Ripgut is trying to break the clinch but Wiggins is controlling him. Ripgut working hard to break the clinch. Wiggins throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Wiggins throws a head punch that misses. Ripgut's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Wiggins uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ripgut.
Wiggins tries to clinch but Ripgut is having none of it. Ripgut is looking to counter punch. Wiggins tries to clinch but Ripgut moves out of range. Ripgut fails to land with a series of punches.
A big left from Ripgut misses. Wiggins is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Ripgut on the wrong end of a nice jab. Ripgut tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ripgut misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Wiggins is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. A punch combination from Ripgut misses. Good leg kick by Wiggins there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
We've been informed that Wiggins has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Wiggins avoids the head kick by Ripgut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wiggins displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ripgut throws out the jab.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ripgut dips down and scores with a jab to the body. No joy there for Ripgut, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ripgut throws a body punch but Wiggins moves out of range. Ripgut throws a body shot but no joy. Ripgut throws a left and a right that both miss

Wiggins sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Ripgut is looking to wear down Wiggins with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. A head kick misses from Wiggins. Wiggins thuds his shin into the meat of Ripgut's side. A head kick misses from Wiggins. Ripgut lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Wiggins goes down! The ref sends Ripgut to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Wiggins is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

Wiggins breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ripgut throws a nice looking combination but Wiggins bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ripgut pulls out of a head kick attempt.

A slapping leg kick lands for Wiggins.
Ripgut throws a sloppy head kick and Wiggins moves out of range easily. Wiggins gets in close and instigates a clinch. Ripgut can't break the clinch.
Ripgut wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Wiggins lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ripgut backwards. Wiggins lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Ripgut breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ripgut is looking to clinch. Wiggins moves into range and clinches up with Ripgut. Wiggins leaning against his opponent.
Wiggins makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wiggins scores with an uppercut up the middle. With the fighters up against the ropes, Wiggins throws an elbow but misses. Wiggins with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Ripgut breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ripgut swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Wiggins. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Ripgut should take that round, based on the knockdown. The cut man is working on Andrew Wiggins's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Ripgut throws a body shot but no joy. Wiggins tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Wiggins lands with a thumping leg kick.

Ripgut catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Wiggins stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Wiggins walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on! Wiggins moves out of range as Ripgut throws a body kick.
Wiggins wants to counter with a clinch but Ripgut pushes him away. A decent looking body kick lands there for Ripgut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wiggins drops his hands momentarily and Ripgut needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Wiggins just on the top of the head. Wiggins drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Wiggins - he's done!
