Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Isaias Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tre Rampage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rampage has chosen See Nann Nigga as his entrance music. Isaias Ortiz is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rampage misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ortiz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rampage pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ortiz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rampage.
Rampage changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Rampage clinches up against the cage.
Ortiz blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Ortiz jumps guard but Rampage stands there with Ortiz around his waist. Ortiz gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ortiz tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rampage smiles and moves away.

Ortiz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ortiz seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Rampage for as long as he can get away with.

Rampage feints and then cracks Ortiz's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ortiz down.
Ortiz looks to land a left hand but Rampage moved out of range nicely.
As Ortiz backs off Rampage throws a huge counter combo but Ortiz manages to avoid it all.

Ortiz gets caught napping as Rampage dives in and scores a takedown. Ortiz manages to retain guard.
Ortiz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ortiz is looking to take a break and control but Rampage is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rampage shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ortiz napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Ortiz is looking for a sweep.
Ortiz takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Ortiz tries to bench press Rampage off him but Rampage keeps the position.
Ortiz seems a little lost for a moment, as Rampage dominates the positioning.

Ortiz is working to avoid the ground and pound but Rampage connects with a decent elbow.

The referee asks Rampage politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rampage prefers to stall for the moment though.

Rampage is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ortiz is just riding it out for now. Rampage eventually gives up the hold.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Ortiz avoids a punch combination nicely.

Rampage shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ortiz's guard.

Ortiz manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Rampage takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Ortiz is trying to break the clinch but Rampage has him pressed against the cage.

Rampage turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Rampage manages to end up in side control.

Ortiz explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Ortiz closes the distance and clinches up with Rampage, looking for a takedown. Ortiz pushes Rampage against the cage but Rampage circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Rampage bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tre Rampage is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Rampage is taking a breather. Ortiz says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
