Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arturo Jiboia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krimson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sepultura - Attitude kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arturo Jiboia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Krimson Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiboia throws a sloppy head kick and Gracie moves out of range easily.
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jiboia is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Jiboia circles away and we're back to standing.
Gracie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jiboia defends well and Gracie ends up having to push Jiboia into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Arturo Jiboia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krimson Gracie.
Jiboia defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.
Jiboia moves into the clinch.
Jiboia pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gracie fails with the takedown.
Jiboia pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Jiboia closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gracie did well to prevent Jiboia getting side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jiboia wants to stand up but Gracie is controlling the position.
Gracie is looking to improve his position.
It looks like Jiboia is going to stand back up.
Gracie is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Jiboia stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Gracie to get to his feet.
Jiboia stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jiboia wants it to stay on the feet.
Jiboia shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Gracie eats them both and turns towards Jiboia to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Gracie takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Jiboia shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
It appears Jiboia was looking to counter with a kick there.
Jiboia misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jiboia cracks Gracie with a good jab.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jiboia is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Jiboia circles away and we're back to standing.
Jiboia is looking to counter the offense by Gracie and move into the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

and Jiboia holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Gracie goes for a takedown attempt but Jiboia pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jiboia closes the distance and pushes Gracie back into the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jiboia escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jiboia drives through and clinches with Gracie against the cage.
Jiboia's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gracie fails to land the takedown.
Jiboia has closed the distance and engaged Gracie in a clinch.
Jiboia manages to break the clinch.
Jiboia throws a head kick but Gracie moves out of range.
Jiboia tries to land a front kick but Gracie steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gracie takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Jiboia breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice takedown defense from Jiboia. No joy for Gracie on that attempt.
Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jiboia's waist but Jiboia gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
Jiboia gets a clinch.

Jiboia breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Jiboia sprawls well.
Jiboia throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gracie on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jiboia. Jiboia obviously looking to wear him down.
Jiboia is looking to chop away at Gracie's legs.
Gracie dives in for a single leg takedown but Jiboia sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Jiboia moves into the clinch successfully.
Jiboia breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jiboia throws out a leg kick but Gracie moves out of range and Jiboia only half commits.
Jiboia closes the distance and clinches.
Jiboia escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gracie dives in for a single leg takedown but Jiboia sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
We've been informed that Gracie has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Jiboia instigates a clinch.
Jiboia breaks the clinch.
Crunch! Jiboia slams his shin into Gracie's torso.
Jiboia closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Jiboia wants to stand but Gracie has his arm trapped.
We've been hearing that Jiboia has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Gracie gets back to half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Gracie manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gracie working for a triangle but Jiboia defends it easily.
Jiboia wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Jiboia has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Gracie is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Jiboia rolls with it to try and escape but Gracie cranks on the arm and Jiboia is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Krimson Gracie was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
