Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Pokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Brian Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bobby Pokka! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pokka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Pokka shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Snow pinned against the cage. Snow gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Snow throws a sloppy head kick and Pokka counters with a series of strikes. Snow will be more careful next time no doubt. Snow shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Pokka's guard. Pokka wriggles free and stands up. Snow throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pokka tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Snow is in Pokka's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Snow drops back looking for a leg! Pokka is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pokka manages to kick Snow off! Snow jumps back into Pokka's guard. Snow thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Snow has gone for a leg lock! Pokka slips out almost immediately though and dives into Snow's guard.

Pokka looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Snow tries to counter with a takedown but Pokka is quick to defend against it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bobby Pokka will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Snow shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pokka sprawls well. Pokka wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Snow gets slowly back to his feet. Snow shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pokka manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Pokka utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Snow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Brian Snow overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Snow postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Pokka throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Snow with a flurry of punches that miss. Snow postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Pokka is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Snow, into his guard.
Snow throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Pokka escapes and throws Snow's legs to the side, diving into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pokka trying to control the action but Snow is working from the bottom. Snow is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Snow tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Pokka presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Snow really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Snow is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Snow wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Snow tries to roll but Pokka sticks to his back.
Snow turns into Pokka and is now in his guard.
Pokka keeping full guard, as Snow tries to pass. Snow postures up in Pokka's guard and throws a big left but Pokka blocks it. Snow missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Snow throwing strikes from guard but Pokka blocks nicely. Snow drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pokka looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pokka looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pokka!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow is looking to regain half guard here but Pokka keeps moving and retains side control. An elbow from Pokka crashes against the mat.
Pokka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Snow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Snow is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Pokka is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Snow manages to regain half guard. Good work. Snow has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Pokka escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Pokka! Snow is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Pokka off and has taken his back! Snow is persistently looking for the submission but Pokka is defending it well.
Pokka is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Snow gets his way!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow is trying to stick to Pokka's back but Pokka is turning into Snow. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Snow's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Pokka. Snow looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pokka wants to stand but Snow has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Snow working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pokka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Snow is tightening it up a little... Pokka has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Pokka reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Pokka taps out! Nice BJJ there by Snow!
