The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Latta looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Latta is not content to let Loman control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Loman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Latta is trying to get back to half guard.
Loman in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Latta is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
