Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Huginius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Francis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dan Huginius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Oliver Francis!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huginius explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Francis misses with a takedown attempt
and Huginius counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Huginius clinches up with Francis and pushes him back against the cage.

Francis drops down looking for an ankle pick but Huginius pulls his leg out and moves away.

I was talking to Huginius's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
