Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vance William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vance William! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brock Sagat! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sagat rushes William and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. William misses with a shot to the kidneys.

William avoids the body shot from Sagat.
William tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Sagat manages to circle out of the way. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sagat.
Sagat throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Brock Sagat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sagat gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows William to score an easy takedown into full guard. Sagat kicks William off and gets to his feet. William decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! William tries to stand and escape but Sagat is controlling the position. William is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sagat has managed to free his arm - good work. Sagat looks like he's trying to stand up.

William is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sagat is just riding it out for now. William eventually gives up the hold. Sagat has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at School of Hard Knocks (Elite Training for $225). Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. William is working for a kimura but Sagat is defending it quite comfortably.

William could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. William wants to stand but Sagat has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. William is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sagat sees it coming and defends easily. Sagat has one foot on William's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Sagat misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from William.
William stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sagat. The fight stays on the outside here - William looks like he's thinking about clinching though. William has a takedown stuffed. William tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sagat swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sagat looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. William moves into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sagat lands an elbow that stopped William in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Vance William has been cut. Sagat lands a nice elbow. William managing to block the knees to the body from Sagat.

William has Sagat pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sagat manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Sagat working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. William is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Sagat breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sagat takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Brock Sagat dominated that round. The cut man is working on Vance William's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Sagat lands with a kick to the temple. William shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Sagat misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from William.
The fighters circle, before Sagat throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into William's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Sagat lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Brock Sagat!
