Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Tsunami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Polumbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsunami comes to the cage accompanied by Remember Me by Hoobastank. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polumbo motions for Tsunami to come forward. Polumbo throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Tsunami wants to clinch.
Polumbo misses with a series of wild punches.
Polumbo throws a series of punches but Tsunami moves out of range.
Polumbo avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Polumbo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Tsunami falls off balance throwing a combination
and Polumbo counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Polumbo throws a body punch but Tsunami moves out of range.
Polumbo wants to clinch up but Tsunami keeps it at a distance.

and Tsunami holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Tsunami drops down looking for an ankle pick but Polumbo pulls his leg out and moves away.

Polumbo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Tsunami counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Polumbo is looking for a triangle but Tsunami pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Tsunami counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
It looks like Tsunami is going to stand back up.
Tsunami prevents Polumbo from improving his position.
Polumbo kicks Tsunami off and gets back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Polumbo looks to throw the jab but Tsunami is out of range.

Tsunami turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Tsunami manages to end up in side control.

Tsunami decides to stand up, so the ref orders Polumbo to his feet.
Polumbo looks to clinch
and Tsunami counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Polumbo! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Tsunami!
