Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Donatello Bradman and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grim with a poor takedown
and Rampage counters by moving into the clinch.
Rampage unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Grim has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Rampage after a bit of a struggle.
Rampage works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Rampage throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Grim's waist but Grim gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rampage off to one side.

Grim is fighting off a takedown attempt but Rampage is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Grim to the mat. Grim regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rampage is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Grim can do to turn this around?
Rampage postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Grim covers up, he's hurt! Rampage keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Rampage and the ref steps in to end the fight! Rampage can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
