Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darnell Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Galen Dall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dall has chosen War as his entrance music. Darnell Cane has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Darnell Cane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Galen Dall! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cane lands a slapping body shot.
Dall has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Cane is landing a low percentage of strikes. Dall moves forwards but Cane connects with a nice, crisp jab. Cane takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Darnell Cane has been cut. Cane avoids a punch combination nicely.
It looked like Cane was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Dall. Darnell Cane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dall looks to throw a body kick and Cane counters with a straight right hand. Cane walks into a jab. Nice cross by Cane. Dall avoids the body shot from Cane.
Dall slips under a jab from Cane. Cane throws a hook but Dall blocks it. Dall misses with a body punch
and Cane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cane swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Cane is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Dall throws an off balance right hand
letting Cane counter with a right hand. Cane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dall was well out of range. Poor timing from Cane. Cane shoots in for a double leg but Dall sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Cane swings for the body but Dall moves out of range.

and Dall cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. We've been hearing reports that Cane has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Cane fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dall looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Dall misses the target. Dall throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cane counters with a right hand to the body. Cane misses with a looping left. Cane is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Cane connects with a body shot that sends Dall's belly button to the back. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cane throws a body shot but no joy. Dall with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Cane to counter with a crisp jab. Dall looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dall is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Dall is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dall tries to pass to full mount but Cane defends it. Dall is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Cane still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Cane has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dall is trying to improve his position. Cane cracks Dall with a big right hand but Dall just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Cane lands some shots froms side control. Dall wants to control but Cane postures up. Cane grinds an elbow into Dall's temple. Dall tries to buck Cane off but Cane is having none of it. Dall on the wrong end of some ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dall is not content to let Cane control the position. Dall is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Cane off and has taken his back! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Darnell Cane dominated that round. The cut man is working on Darnell Cane's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Dall counters with a straight right hand. Cane throws a body shot but no joy. Dall looks like he wants to counter punch here. Dall throws a leg kick and Cane counters with a nice uppercut. Cane throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dall sees it coming and avoids it easily. Dall now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Nice body punch from Cane. Nice defenses there by Cane. Dall misses with a lunging right hand
and Cane counters with a straight right hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cane blocks a jab. Cane drops down looking for a counter takedown but Dall sprawls and moves away. Nice uppercut there from Cane. Jab from Cane.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dall slips under a jab from Cane. Dall drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Cane defends it well. Dall throws a lazy uppercut
and Cane counters with a single leg into guard. Dall didn't expect that. Cane being controlled here momentarily. Cane keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dall's head. Dall is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dall has his foot on Cane's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cane works his way back into a safe position though. Dall escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cane gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cane keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dall's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cane can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Cane is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dall can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cane lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Cane advances to half guard. Dall is trying to get back to full guard. Nice strikes from Cane there. Dall tries to roll over but Cane keeps him under control. Dall won't allow Cane to pass to mount. Cane is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dall actively working from the bottom here. Nice strikes from Cane there. Dall is looking to control Cane's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dall avoid being mounted?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cane slips a nice elbow through Dall's hands, connecting with Dall's forehead. Cane looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Dall tries to roll over but Cane keeps him under control. Cane seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Darnell Cane overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Cane lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Cane looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Cane trying to control from half guard but Dall is working away. Dall looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Cane looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dall with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Dall looking for subs from the bottom but Cane mounts him!
That's four minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Cane connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The referee warns Dall that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Cane lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Dall is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cane putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Dall is still in real trouble! Can Cane finish him? The referee warns Dall that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darnell Cane! In his post fight interview, Darnell Cane started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
