Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Marx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sky Line (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sky Line is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sky Line! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marx wants to clinch up but Line keeps it at a distance. Line on the wrong end of a nice hook. Marx wants to clinch. Marx tries to clinch but Line is having none of it. A punch combination from Marx misses. Marx tries to close the distance and clinch up but Line swats him away and circles back towards the center. The fight stays on the outside here - Marx looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Marx misses with a few strikes there.
Marx throws a right and a left that both miss. Marx fails in his attempt to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Marx moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Line throws a series of strikes that have Marx backpedaling.

Line is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Line looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Marx has picked Line up and slammed him! Line can't keep hold of the triangle and Marx manages to pass to side control! Line is not content to let Marx control the position. Marx has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Marx throws a right and a left that both miss.

And that's the end of the fight! Sky Line comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Line has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
