Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gil Handerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ade Bolton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gil Handerson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 172.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Gil Handerson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ade Bolton !
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bolton , as that shot connected.
Ade Bolton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bolton throws a looping overhand right but Handerson ducks down to avoid it.
Bolton doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Handerson misses with a left hand
and Bolton counters by moving into the clinch.
Bolton working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Handerson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Handerson tries to clinch but Bolton is having none of it.
Bolton swats away the attempt to clinch by Handerson.
Handerson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bolton throws out the jab.
Handerson misses with a takedown attempt - Bolton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Bolton tries to counter with a clinch but Handerson shakes him off and moves away.
Bolton cracks Handerson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Handerson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Bolton finish him?
Handerson is rocked!
It looks like Gil Handerson has been cut.
Handerson is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Handerson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bolton as he avoids it easily.
Oh Handerson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bolton swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Handerson slips under a jab.
Bolton sends Handerson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bolton is motioning to the referee to let Handerson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Bolton flashes Handerson a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Handerson's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Handerson crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Bolton punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ade Bolton !
