A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Sokol's choice of entrance music: DMX - X gon' give it to Ya. Marcin Sokol has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sokol counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sokol pivots, looking for a leg kick but Santos is out of range and Sokol settles back down.
Santos appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Sokol avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
It seemed like Sokol was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Santos keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Santos appears to be looking for a big counter.
Santos scores with a one two! Sokol had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Santos connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sokol. Sokol circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Santos misses with a low kick.
Sokol scores with a jab. Santos acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Neymar Santos has been cut.
Santos throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sokol looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

and Sokol counters with a good, hard body kick but Santos shrugs it off.
Sokol tries to move into range but Santos moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Santos will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
