Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Redding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cage McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Redding's entrance music is Alive. A fine choice. McCoy has chosen Addresses by:T.I. as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joshua Redding! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Cage McCoy! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by McCoy.
Redding misses with a straight left. McCoy avoids a kick to the body.
McCoy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Redding as he avoids it easily. McCoy takes one to the side of the head.
Redding decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. McCoy kicks off Redding and gets to his feet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McCoy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Redding sprawls well. Redding wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McCoy gets slowly back to his feet. Redding throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. A punch lands to the side of McCoy 's head but he takes it in his stride. Redding is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McCoy. Redding tries to sprawl but McCoy drives through with a takedown into half guard. Redding is looking for a sweep. McCoy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. McCoy sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Redding defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCoy wants to get back to his feet.
Redding definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. McCoy is working for a kimura here but Redding manages to reverse the position and he's now in McCoy's guard.
McCoy has his foot on Redding's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Redding works his way back into a safe position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McCoy is looking for a triangle but Redding pushes his legs off easily.
Redding distracts McCoy with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Redding working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. McCoy wants to stand and escape but Redding is having none of it. Redding postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Redding working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of McCoy's head. Redding landing some decent shots from guard. McCoy working a defensive guard here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Redding wants to control from the top but McCoy keeps moving. McCoy is trying to keep Redding in close.
McCoy is looking for a triangle here but Redding uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
McCoy is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Redding lands a nice forearm strike. You can see the frustration on McCoy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. McCoy taking punishment in the form of punches.
McCoy can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Redding thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. You can see the frustration on McCoy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Redding is looking to take a break and control but McCoy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. McCoy is pushing Redding's head away, looking to escape. Redding manages to hold on to the position though. McCoy holding on. McCoy tries to improve position but can't. McCoy keeps trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on McCoy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. McCoy is positioning himself to get back to half guard. McCoy wants to control but Redding postures up. Redding landing a few strikes. McCoy is looking for a sweep. McCoy can't do much from the bottom here. McCoy takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
McCoy defending against the ground and pound. McCoy struggling a bit here. McCoy tries to bench press Redding off him but Redding keeps the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joshua Redding dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Redding throws a big shot that misses. Redding throws out a token jab with nothing on it. McCoy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. McCoy has managed to clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McCoy is looking to take this one to the mat. Redding tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. McCoy's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! A short right from Redding. McCoy is looking to take this one to the mat. Joshua Redding has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cage McCoy. McCoy takes an elbow to the temple. Redding is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that McCoy can do to turn this around?

Redding breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Redding throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McCoy on the side of the head. McCoy tries to clinch there but Redding circles away.
Redding throws a hook but McCoy avoids it easily. McCoy tries to counter with a clinch but Redding shakes him off and moves away. A jab from Redding does it's job there. McCoy lands a nice leg kick that just misses Redding's sensitive parts. Redding throws a poor cross that misses
and McCoy counters with a body kick. Redding throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McCoy tries for a takedown. No joy.

That's two minutes gone in the round. McCoy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Redding smiles and moves away.
Redding throws an overhand right that lands on McCoy's shoulder, as McCoy tries to avoid the shot. Redding swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Redding throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McCoy on the side of the head. Redding gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows McCoy to score an easy takedown into full guard. McCoy throws a big right hand that misses. McCoy sitting in guard, not really doing much. Redding keeping moving, preventing McCoy from controlling successfully. McCoy seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCoy stopping the sweep attempt from Redding. Redding avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. McCoy trying to control the position from guard on top but Redding is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. McCoy slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Redding swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Redding goes for a double leg but McCoy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as McCoy continues to drive forward. McCoy instigates a clinch. Redding throws a head punch that misses. McCoy blocking some punches.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Redding lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Redding scores with a shoulder strike. Redding lands a left hand.
McCoy working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. McCoy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Redding pulls his leg out and moves away.
McCoy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Cage McCoy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Redding throws a big shot that misses. McCoy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Redding throws out the jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Redding throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Redding, as that shot connected.
McCoy is rocked! Redding cracks McCoy on the jaw with a powerful right hand and McCoy falls backwards against the cage. Redding follows up with more strikes that drop McCoy to his knees. Redding keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save McCoy! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joshua Redding! Joshua Redding decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well. Cage McCoy was interviewed post fight and said 'It's how you bounce back! I'll be back!!'.
