Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gwegowy East (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julian Eduardo Demaestri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). East comes to the ring accompanied by I Can't Think- Whole Wheat Bread. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gwegowy East! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Julian Eduardo Demaestri! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. East misses with some punches.
Demaestri lands a knee to the head.
East wants to get back to striking at distance but Demaestri won't allow it.
Demaestri using the Thai plumb to throw knees but East has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
East is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Demaestri lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Demaestri. East goes for a takedown attempt but Demaestri pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Julian Eduardo Demaestri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Demaestri stuffs the takedown attempt from East. East gets slowly back to his feet. Demaestri instigates a clinch. East takes a knee right on the jaw!
Demaestri misses with a knee strike.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. East tries to score a body lock takedown but Demaestri shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gwegowy East. That's going to take a lot out of him. East letting Demaestri take a breather here. Demaestri comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
That's one minute gone in the round. East has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Demaestri avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Demaestri is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Demaestri connects with a nasty looking knee right to East's face.
It looks like Gwegowy East has been cut. East is breathing heavily. Demaestri jerks East's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! East drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Demaestri goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Demaestri because East was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Julian Eduardo Demaestri! A very excited looking Julian Eduardo Demaestri made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
