Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Will Boulks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Beattie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Will Boulks has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Will Boulks seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boulks tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Beattie swivels and escapes.
Boulks gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Boulks shoots in for a double leg but Beattie sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Beattie tests Boulks's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Beattie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Boulks throwing a counter right hand but Beattie manages to avoid it.

Beattie has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Boulks sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Boulks is fighting to break Beattie's control of his arms but Beattie is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Beattie throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Boulks stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Boulks changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Beattie tries to avoid it but Boulks manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Beattie to the ground. Beattie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

It looked like Boulks wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Boulks looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Beattie drops Boulks with a naaaaasty hook - Boulks is in real trouble here! Beattie dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
