Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randell Owen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edine Lion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edine Lion is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lion drives through with a takedown into Owen's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Owen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lion is aware though and is defending well.

Owen manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Lion keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Lion is trying to break the clinch but Owen has him pressed against the cage.

Owen is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lion is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Owen to the mat. Owen regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Owen has his foot on Lion's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lion works his way back into a safe position though.

Owen isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lion stacks Owen on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lion!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lion is looking to take a break and control but Owen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lion got a little sloppy there for a moment and Owen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lion has managed to get both his arms back between Owen's legs - danger averted.

Owen has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Lion keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Owen throws a counter high kick but Lion was just alert enough to avoid it.

Lion closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Well Lion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
