Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Pintos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, El Pintos!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pintos pushes Lesnar up against the cage in a clinch.
Lesnar is trying to drag Pintos to the mat but Pintos just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
We've been hearing reports that Lesnar has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Pintos lands a damaging elbow.
Lesnar wants a takedown.
Lesnar goes for a takedown in the clinch but Pintos prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brock Lesnar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lesnar drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Pintos gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Pintos trying to control the position from guard on top but Lesnar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Pintos slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Lesnar controls Pintos momentarily but Pintos frees himself.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Pintos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesnar swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Lesnar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pintos doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pintos manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Pintos wants to control from the top but Lesnar keeps moving.

Lesnar has an active guard here but Pintos has managed to pass into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pintos postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Lesnar to stand up.
Crunch! Pintos slams his shin into Lesnar's torso.

Pintos drops Lesnar with a nice combination! Pintos dives into Lesnar's guard, looking to finish!

Pintos tries to stand but Lesnar is controlling from the bottom.
Pintos is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Lesnar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Lesnar not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lesnar is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pintos defends well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Pintos stands and steps away. Lesnar gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Pintos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lesnar keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Pintos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lesnar manages to avoid it.

Pintos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lesnar drops his hands momentarily and Pintos takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Pintos lands a nice shot to the body.
Pintos goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Lesnar attempts a counter takedown but Pintos avoids it well and moves away.
Pintos misses with a hook.
Pintos wants to clinch up but Lesnar keeps it at a distance.
Lesnar changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Lesnar drops back looking for a leg! Pintos is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pintos manages to kick Lesnar off! Lesnar jumps back into Pintos's guard.

Pintos has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Lesnar is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Pintos wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
El Pintos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Pintos is pressed up against the cage. Lesnar has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pintos down to the mat. Pintos avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Pintos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lesnar manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

A looping hook to the body misses from Pintos. Lesnar does a little dance to reset his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

El Pintos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Pintos has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
