Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Nogerio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Dempsey is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Antonio Nogerio!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogerio shoots in but Dempsey avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dempsey scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Nogerio sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Dempsey knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nogerio on the ground.
Dempsey is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Nogerio has one foot on Dempsey's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Dempsey feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Nogerio looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dempsey postures up and lands a big shot to Nogerio's brow.
Nogerio preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nogerio is trying to control the position but Dempsey postures up.
Dempsey postures up in Nogerio's guard and throws a big left but Nogerio blocks it.
Dempsey trying to control the position from guard on top but Nogerio is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Nogerio escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dempsey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Nogerio has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dempsey can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Nogerio looks gassed!
Dempsey looking to pass the guard.
Dempsey throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nogerio works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Nogerio looking for a guillotine here but Dempsey defends easily.
Dempsey has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dempsey accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Nogerio working for a triangle but Dempsey defends it easily.
Dempsey wants to control from the top but Nogerio keeps moving.
Nogerio is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dempsey is trying to get back to full guard.

Dempsey looks like he's trying to stand up.
Nogerio is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dempsey defends it well.
Dempsey is not content to let Nogerio control the position.
Nogerio is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dempsey sees it coming and defends easily.
Dempsey is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Nogerio is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Dempsey is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dempsey is looking to improve his position.
Nogerio wants to work for an arm triangle but Dempsey is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Nogerio is trying to control the action in half guard but Dempsey is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dempsey is doing well to control the position and prevent Nogerio from advancing to side control.
Dempsey is trying to stand back up but Nogerio is controlling him
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Nogerio drops back looking for a leg! Dempsey is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dempsey manages to kick Nogerio off! Nogerio jumps back into Dempsey's guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Nogerio decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Dempsey tries to clinch up.
Nogerio tries for a takedown but Dempsey circles away easily
and Dempsey counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nogerio's guard now.
Nogerio has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Dempsey doesn't defend quickly enough and Nogerio has managed to lock this one up! Can Dempsey escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Nogerio on a fantastic submission victory.
