Forbes with a lazy takedown attempt
and Rivfader counters with a takedown into side control.
Forbes is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Rivfader is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Forbes knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
A lull in the action here as Rivfader stalls from top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

It looks like Grant Forbes has been cut.
Eirik Rivfader has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Grant Forbes.
Forbes is breathing heavily.
Rivfader cracks Forbes's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Forbes slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Rivfader can do further damage! This one is done, son!
