Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malik Huffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Huge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Huge is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huffman tries to clinch but Huge moves out of range.
Huge misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
As Huge looks to move away, Huffman throws a big counter combo but Huge just gets out of the way.
Huge tries a head kick but it misses.
Huffman lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
No joy there for Huge, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Huge gets a takedown into half guard.
Huffman trying to control but Huge postures up.
Huffman avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Huge.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are battling for position here. Huffman manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Huffman pulls Huge in to control the position.
Huffman kicks Huge off and gets to his feet.
Huge closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Huffman's guard.

Huffman has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Huge is looking to stand up but Huffman won't let him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Huffman tries to land a sweep but no joy.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Huge has Huffman up against the cage in a clinch.
Huge has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Huffman uses from the top position.
Huge has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Huffman has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Huffman stands up and beckons Huge to his feet.
Huge feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Huffman has his feet on Huge's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Huge closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Huge is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Huge closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Huge turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Huge manages to end up in side control.

Huffman manages to get to full guard.
Mark Huge has got the better of the ground game so far.
Huge in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Huge is fighting to break Huffman's control of his arms but Huffman is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Huffman throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Huge content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Huffman has locked up a guillotine! Huffman's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Huge is holding on here and Huffman must be using up a lot of energy. Huge has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Huffman gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
