Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Pan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Pan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ralph Miller!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Miller throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Pan looks to land a right hand but Miller moved out of range.
Pan tries to clinch but Miller moves out of range.
Miller moves into range and connects with a jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Miller as he avoids it easily.
Miller bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pan's head.
The fighters circling - Miller throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Miller bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pan just misses with a punch to the body.
Pan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Miller swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Pan drives through with a takedown into Miller's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Pan tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pan has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Miller is looking to regain half guard here but Pan keeps moving and retains side control.

Pan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Pan is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Miller knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Pan advances to full mount.
Pan fails to move to back control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Miller manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Miller is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Pan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Miller sees it coming and defends easily.
Miller is refusing to be controlled, as Pan sits in half guard.
Pan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Pan is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Pan frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Miller tries to reverse the position but Pan maintains control.

Pan tries to control but Miller wriggling away.
Miller is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Miller defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Pan.

Pan is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Miller has managed to escape the submission attempt.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Pan shoots and misses
and Miller counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Miller stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Miller connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Miller keeps the fight on the outside.
Miller swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Ralph Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Miller loads up on a big right hand but Pan slips the punch.
Nice uppercut there from Miller.
Miller scores with a one two! Pan had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pan throws a sloppy head kick
and Miller counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Pan moves to clinch but Miller breaks away
and Miller counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pan thinking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Miller connects with a body shot that sends Pan's belly button to the back.

Miller lands with a straight right. Pan didn't see that one coming.
Pan misses with a looping right.
Pan looks to land a right hand but Miller moved out of range.
Miller looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Miller throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Miller misses with an uppercut.

Pan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Miller.

Pan pushes Miller up against the cage in a clinch.
Pan tries to land knees in the clinch but Miller avoids the damage to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pan misses with a knee strike.
Pan with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Miller lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Miller lands an uppercut.
A knee to the head by Pan.

Pan utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.

Miller is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Miller misses with a punch on the inside.
Pan unloads a knee to the mid-section. Miller lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Pan lands a nice uppercut.
Pan tries a knee to the head but Miller blocks it.
Miller throws a head punch that misses.

Pan jumps guard and drags Miller to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Pan controls Miller momentarily but Miller frees himself.
Miller forces his way into half guard.

Miller is continuing to stall.
Pan moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Miller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miller has managed to get both his arms back between Pan's legs - danger averted.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ralph Miller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Pan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Miller connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Pan scrambles back to his feet.

Pan changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Miller looks to land a right hand but Pan moved out of range.
Miller might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Miller throws the left hand but Pan avoids the punch easily.

Miller now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Miller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miller wants it to stay on the feet.

Miller circles away from the clinch attempt.
Miller loads up on a big right hand but Pan slips the punch.

Pan takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Miller lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Pan moves out of range of the strikes.
Pan looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Miller connects with the punch.
Pan tries to clinch but Miller moves out of range.
Miller displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pan throws out the jab.
Miller smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.


Pan is rocked!
Miller looks to throw the jab but Pan is out of range.
Pan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Miller paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Miller takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Miller ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Pan takes one on the button.

Pan moves into the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pan tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Pan looking to throw knees to the head but Miller is blocking nicely.
Miller throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Pans head.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Pan throws a knee to the head but misses.
Pan swings wildly with an uppercut but Miller uses good head movement to avoid it.
Miller lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pan backwards.
Oh Pan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Miller breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Miller connects with a combination that backs up Pan into the cage. Miller lands a flurry of punches that gets past Pan's guard. Pan is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Miller bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ralph Miller!
