Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chad Glazer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dexter Santaros!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Santaros.
Glazer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Santaros looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Santaros digs a good hook to Glazer's body.
A jab lands there for Santaros.
Glazer swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Santaros counters with a stiff right hand.
Glazer fails to land with a series of punches.
Nice jab there from Santaros.
Glazer misses with an uppercut
and Glazer takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Santaros looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Glazer!

Glazer gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Santaros fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Santaros wants to control the pace but Glazer is squirming around nicely.
Santaros lands a couple of good shots and Glazer has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Santaros is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Glazer knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Glazer for a finish.
Santaros lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Santaros.

A looping hook to the body misses from Santaros. Glazer does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chad Glazer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Glazer needs to keep his hands up - Santaros had a free shot at his head there.


Chad Glazer's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Santaros has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Santaros jabs Glazer right on the nose. Glazer blinks but takes it well.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Santaros. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Glazer throws a leg kick but Santaros sees it coming and moves out of range.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jeez, Chad Glazer's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Santaros cracks Glazer with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Santaros's jab looks to have found its range, popping Glazer under the eye.

Santaros closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Glazer's guard.

Santaros postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Santaros wants to control from the top but Glazer keeps moving.

Santaros thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Glazer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Santaros wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Santaros tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
