Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, John Winkle!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Winkle with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Winkle looking to stall.
A bit of stalling here from Cruz.
Cruz tries to land a knee to the head but Winkle blocks with his arms.
Cruz breaks the clinch.
A left and a right from Winkle both land. Nice combination.
Winkle tries to keep at a distance but Cruz has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cruz prevents the takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Winkle tries to pull guard but Cruz forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Cruz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nice sprawl there from Cruz as Winkle shoots in.
Carlos Cruz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Winkle.
Cruz throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Winkle moves to clinch but Cruz breaks away
and Cruz counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Cruz has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Winkle works to full guard.
Winkle has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Cruz is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Cruz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cruz throws a series of punches but Winkle moves out of range.
Winkle fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Cruz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Winkle.
Cruz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Winkle tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Cruz is in Winkle's guard.
Winkle has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Cruz off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cruz closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Winkle quickly recovers to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cruz is looking to take a break and control but Winkle is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Winkle is holding on to half guard well.
Cruz is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Cruz is breathing heavily.
Winkle looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Winkle pushes Cruz off and gets back to his feet.
Cruz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Winkle, pushing him back against the cage.
Cruz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Winkle scores with a one two! Cruz had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Winkle feints and as Cruz raises his hands in defense, Winkle changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Cruz wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Winkle manages to pass to side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Winkle seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Cruz tries to kick Winkle off in order to stand up. Winkle Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Cruz is trying to control Winkle's posture but Winkle avoids it.
Cruz takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Winkle working the ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Winkle dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Winkle keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Winkle dives in for a single leg takedown but Cruz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Cruz takes the fight into the clinch.
Cruz keeps control of Winkle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Cruz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Winkle tries to sprawl but Cruz drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Winkle manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Crunch! Winkle slams his shin into Cruz's torso.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Winkle lands with a slapping head kick.
Cruz closes the distance and clinches.

Winkle is trying to force a seperation but Cruz has the dominant position.
Winkle is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Cruz to keep the fight standing.
Winkle wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Cruz turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Cruz manages to end up in side control.
Winkle throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Winkle lands a high kick!
It looks like Carlos Cruz has been cut.
Winkle throws a nice head kick!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Winkle throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Cruz is rocked!
Winkle lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Cruz can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Winkle and Cruz drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Winkle.
