Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jam Lasica!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fiji Nakamura!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Nakamura looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Lasica counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Nakamura thinking.
Nakamura throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Lasica closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Nakamura to the mat! Nakamura manages to get full guard.

Lasica will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
