Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edwin Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jordan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Excuse Me. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Edwin Jordan enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, David Wuzz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Edwin Jordan! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wuzz throws a sloppy head kick and Jordan counters with a lovely shot to the body. Wuzz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Wuzz drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jordan looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jordan looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jordan!
Jordan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Wuzz is looking for a sweep. Wuzz gets back to half guard. Wuzz is looking for a sweep. Jordan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wuzz moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Jordan connects with a couple of short punches. Wuzz wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wuzz keeping moving, preventing Jordan from controlling successfully. Jordan is looking to work some ground and pound but Wuzz has wrist control. Wuzz punching to the body, from the bottom. Jordan keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Wuzz's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wuzz wants to sweep here but Jordan controlling him for the moment. Wuzz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jordan. Wuzz is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Wuzz looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Wuzz throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Wuzz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jordan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jordan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jordan chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jordan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wuzz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jordan has managed to get both his arms back between Wuzz's legs - danger averted. Jordan landing with the ground and pound. Wuzz is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jordan is aware though and is defending well. Jordan throwing strikes from guard but Wuzz blocks nicely. Wuzz keeping full guard, as Jordan tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jordan keeps trying to improve his position. Wuzz looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Jordan puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Jordan looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Wuzz looking for submissions off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wuzz is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jordan pulls his head out easily. Ground and pound from Jordan. Jordan slips a nice elbow through Wuzz's hands, connecting with Wuzz's forehead. Wuzz is not content to let Jordan control the position. Jordan is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Jordan not landing any meaningful shots this time. Wuzz works his way to full guard. Good work. Jordan throwing strikes but missing. Wuzz seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wuzz is looking to cinch up a triangle. Jordan throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Wuzz's body to avoid the submission. Wuzz has instead reached around Jordan's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Wuzz arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
