And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcius shoots for a double leg takedown but Ballzonya sprawls well. He's pushed Garcius's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Garcius misses with a takedown attempt
and Ballzonya makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Garcius avoids the body shot from Ballzonya.
Ballzonya lands a jab to the head.
Jaius Garcius seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Ballzonya counters with a thumping low kick.

Garcius closes the distance and clinches up with Ballzonya, looking for a takedown. Garcius pushes Ballzonya against the cage but Ballzonya circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Ballzonya digs a good body shot into Garcius's ribs.
Garcius looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ballzonya is fending him off so far but Garcius persists. Nope, Ballzonya circles away and we're back to standing.

Garcius with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ballzonya to score with a decent uppercut.
Ballzonya stuffs the takedown attempt from Garcius. Garcius gets slowly back to his feet.
Ballzonya was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Garcius tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Ballzonya counters with a nice uppercut.

Garcius wants to clinch up but Ballzonya keeps it at a distance.

and Ballzonya connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Jaius Garcius has been cut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Garcius is defended easily by Ballzonya.

Garcius is rocked!
Ballzonya throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Garcius's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Ballzonya dives in looking to finish as Garcius flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Ballzonya's strikes! Ballzonya is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Garcius's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Garcius was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Harry Ballzonya really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Milwaukee's Best 160 logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Jaius Garcius spoke after the fight, saying 'STOCKTON 1,2,5!'.
