Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roast Sammich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dazza Nicholson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Nicholson's choice of entrance music: It's a hard knock life - remix. On his way into the cage it seems that Roast Sammich has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Roast Sammich seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Roast Sammich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dazza Nicholson! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nicholson defending well as Sammich loads up on a big left hand. Nicholson blocks a jab. Sammich throws a body punch but Nicholson moves out of range. Sammich misses with a combination
and Nicholson counters with a takedown into side control. Sammich parries the strikes from Nicholson easily there. Nicholson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Sammich to escape.
Nicholson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Nicholson throwing shots but missing, from side control. Nicholson working the head with strikes. Nicholson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Sammich down.
Sammich tries to get back to half guard but can't. Nicholson landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Nicholson working the ground and pound from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sammich is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Nicholson cracks Sammich with an elbow. That is naaassty. Nicholson working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Sammich is pushing Nicholson's head away, looking to escape. Nicholson manages to hold on to the position though. Nicholson content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Nicholson throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Sammich takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Nicholson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. You can see the frustration on Sammich's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sammich is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nicholson throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Nicholson working the head with strikes. Nicholson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Nicholson controls the position from side control. Sammich taking a bit of punishment here - Nicholson scoring with strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nicholson working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The ground and pound from Nicholson seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Nicholson is putting a hurting on Sammich here, landing some big shots from side control. Sammich is trying to buck Nicholson off. Sammich is working to avoid the ground and pound but Nicholson connects with a decent elbow. Nicholson wants to control but Sammich is keeping him busy. Nicholson scores with a couple of short elbows.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nicholson throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Nicholson cracks Sammich with a big right hand but Sammich just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Sammich is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Nicholson is controlling him well. Sammich trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Nicholson misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Nicholson has hold of Sammich's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Sammich seems comfortable defending it but Nicholson has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Sammich is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Sammich is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Nicholson couldn't care less - he's delighted!
