Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bronko Strunz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Solomon Wayne!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Steve Montenegro and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strunz lands a high kick!
Strunz throws a leg kick which misses Wayne's front leg but catches the back leg as Wayne tries to avoid it.
Wayne takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Strunz seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Wayne misses with a jab to the body
and Strunz counters with a straight right hand.
Strunz lands a right hook to the body.

Strunz moves into range and connects with a jab.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Strunz is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Strunz cracks the inside of Wayne's front leg.
Wayne takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Strunz throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wayne stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wayne throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Strunz's waist but Strunz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wayne off to one side.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wayne dives in and grabs Strunz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Strunz pushes down on Wayne's head and hops out.
Wayne has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Wayne's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Strunz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wayne scrambles back to his feet.
Strunz scores with a jab to the jaw.
Strunz cracks Wayne with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Wayne shoots for a double leg takedown but Strunz sprawls well. He's pushed Wayne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bronko Strunz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Solomon Wayne.
Wayne takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Strunz drops Wayne with a naaaaasty hook - Wayne is in real trouble here! Strunz dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
