Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jejomar Binay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shigeno Goro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Binay has Goro up against the cage in a clinch.
Goro tries to land knees in the clinch but Binay avoids the damage to the body.
Binay fails to pull guard.
Goro is trying to drag Binay to the mat but Binay just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Binay misses with a hook to the ribs.
Goro jumps guard but Binay turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Binay wants to break free but Goro has control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Goro escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Goro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Binay is on top in guard.

Goro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Binay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Binay thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
