Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony O Rangers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Rangers comes to the ring accompanied by Hold on to you. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Tony O Rangers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Duke Rage! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Rangers dips to his left and cracks Rage with an uppercut! Rage fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rage tries to move into range but O Rangers moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. A cross from O Rangers lands. Rage takes a shot right to the bread basket. O Rangers scores with a hook. O Rangers manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rage on his heels. He'll look to pass Rage's guard now, I'm sure. Rage really doesn't want to stay on the ground with O Rangers. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. O Rangers pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rage is keeping the position for now. O Rangers sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rage's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! O Rangers passes to full mount! O Rangers has hold of Rage's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rage manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's one minute gone in the round. O Rangers wants to control the pace but Rage is squirming around nicely. O Rangers controlling his opponent. The referee warns Rage that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
O Rangers takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. O Rangers moves to back control. O Rangers working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Rage is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and O Rangers has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Rage taps out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tony O Rangers! Tony O Rangers decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
