The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been told by Kramer's head coaches at Thomas Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Kramer might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

It looks like Linkin Portier has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee asks Kramer politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Kramer prefers to stall for the moment though.

Kramer is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Portier is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Kramer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kramer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Portier is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
