Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lester Wynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buckminster Fuller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lester Wynn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buckminster Fuller! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wynn blocks a head kick by Fuller.
Fuller throws a sloppy head kick and Wynn moves out of range easily. Fuller looking to score a takedown here. Wynn is defending well but Fuller drives through and ends up in Wynn's guard. Fuller seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Wynn wants to stand and escape but Fuller is having none of it. Fuller has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wynn is proving hard to escape from. Fuller postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Wynn is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fuller, into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wynn won't allow Fuller to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fuller looking to control.
Wynn is looking to work some ground and pound but Fuller has wrist control. Wynn wanted to stand there but Fuller had control of the position. Fuller is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Fuller trying to advance position but Wynn counters by regaining guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Fuller's corner. There ya go! There ya go! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fuller wants to pass the guard but Wynn is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fuller preventing the sweep. Fuller wants to control from the top but Wynn keeps moving. Wynn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fuller is one step ahead there. Wynn is striking off his back. Fuller thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Fuller wants to take a breather but Wynn is having none of it. Fuller tries to stand but can't do so whilst Wynn controls his leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fuller looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Wynn misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Fuller sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Wynn defending well though. Wynn is defending against the submission attempts here by Fuller.
Wynn wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Fuller is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wynn is just riding it out for now. Fuller eventually gives up the hold. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wynn tries to kick Fuller off but Fuller keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Buckminster Fuller dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Wynn fails with a takedown attempt. Wynn shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fuller as he jumps to the side. Fuller closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fuller lands in his opponent's guard. Wynn is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Fuller presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fuller with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Wynn turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fuller is looking to regain half guard here but Wynn keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fuller takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Wynn is staying tight to Fuller's torso, preventing him from escaping. Fuller is looking to regain half guard here but Wynn keeps moving and retains side control. Fuller is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Fuller makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Fuller. Wynn stopping the sweep attempt from Fuller.

Wynn postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Fuller looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Wynn throwing strikes but missing. Fuller will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Fuller has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wynn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Fuller trying to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fuller wants to sweep here but Wynn controlling him for the moment. Fuller is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Wynn bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Fuller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fuller wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lester Wynn. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wynn moves into range and clinches up with Fuller. Wynn is looking to take this one to the mat.

Fuller sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wynn's guard. Fuller not doing much here.
Fuller is continuing to stall. Fuller lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wynn is trying to stand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Buckminster Fuller will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Wynn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Fuller shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wynn napping and manages to drive through into side control! Wynn wants to get back to his feet but Fuller is dominant here and he's now got Wynn's back! Fuller lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Wynn is looking to escape here. Oh dear - Fuller has locked on a rear naked choke here! Wynn is tapping out! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Buckminster Fuller!
