Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Walter Conan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zak Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zak Duffy will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Walter Conan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zak Duffy!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duffy instigates a clinch.
Come on Duffy - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Duffy misses with the head strike.
Duffy misses with a hook from the clinch.
Conan is trying to stall.
Duffy using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Conan has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Duffy swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Duffy connects with a nasty looking knee right to Conan's face.

Duffy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Duffy checks a low kick from Conan.
Duffy swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Conan tries to clinch there but Duffy circles away.
Duffy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Duffy lands a jab to the head.
Duffy wants to clinch but Conan slips to the side
and Conan counters with a good low kick that Duffy was not able to check.
Duffy wants to clinch up but Conan keeps it at a distance.
Conan appears to be looking for a big counter.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Duffy fails in his attempt to clinch.
Conan swats away the attempt to clinch by Duffy.
Conan feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Duffy tries to clinch but Conan is having none of it.
Duffy lands with a straight right. Conan didn't see that one coming.

Conan has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Duffy finds it's way round the side to connect with Conan's head.

Conan is rocked!

Duffy has Conan up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Conan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Duffy misses with some punches.
Duffy lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Conan slows down the pace here.
Duffy just leaning against Conan, taking a breather.
Duffy's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Duffy creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Conan's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Conan drops to his knees and Duffy pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
