Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Kvasov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikael Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kvasov's entrance music is Diskoteka avaria-Nebo. A fine choice. Jackson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Beat It. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
39 - 42 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roman Kvasov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikael Jackson! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Kvasov misses. A shot to the liver by Jackson. Beautiful body shot. Jackson avoids the body shot from Kvasov.
Jackson cracks Kvasov with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A punch combination from Kvasov misses. Kvasov tries to grapple but his opponent circles letting Jackson counter with a right hand. Jackson connects with a crisp jab. Kvasov ducks under a wild hook from Jackson. Kvasov throwing a counter right hand but Jackson manages to avoid it. Jackson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jackson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kvasov wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Jackson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Kvasov definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kvasov is trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson tries to move to mount but Kvasov blocks the move with his legs. Kvasov is pushing Jackson's head away, looking to escape. Jackson manages to hold on to the position though. Jackson is trying to get an arm triangle but Kvasov is defending well. Kvasov pushes Jackson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jackson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson swings around for an armbar but Kvasov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jackson's guard. Jackson is trying to control the position but Kvasov postures up. Kvasov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackson on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kvasov wants to get up but he can't break Jackson's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Kvasov stands and steps away. Jackson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Kvasov drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Jackson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Jackson looks to land a combination but Kvasov avoids it well. Jackson misses with a wild combination.
Jackson throws a hook to the side of Kvasov's head but Kvasov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kvasov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kvasov seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Kvasov moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Roman Kvasov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jackson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kvasov momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kvasov was well out of range. Poor timing from Jackson. Kvasov throws a combination that misses and Jackson counters by clinching up. Kvasov misses with a punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Jackson misses with a short punch on the inside. Kvasov cracks Jackson with a nice body shot. Kvasov stalling.

Kvasov lands a right hand. Kvasov throws a head punch that misses. Kvasov has Jackson pressed against the cage.

Kvasov tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Jackson's elbow. Kvasov misses with a punch to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kvasov being controlled against the cage. Kvasov misses with the head strike.
Jackson scores with a shoulder strike. Kvasov lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A short left from Jackson. Kvasov lands a left hand that snaps the head of Jackson backwards. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A head punch blocked on the inside by Jackson. Jackson stalling against the cage.
Kvasov scores with an uppercut up the middle. Kvasov misses with the head strike.
Kvasov blocks a body shot from Jackson. Kvasov goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Kvasov has a couple of punches blocked by Jackson.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mikael Jackson will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Kvasov takes one to the side of the head.
Kvasov stuffs the takedown. Jackson misses with a left hand and Kvasov counters with a head kick that wobbles Jackson - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Kvasov sends him down. This one is all over!
