And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Evaristo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Putin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Evaristo tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Putin counters with a nice double leg into side control. Evaristo won't be happy with that.
Putin scores with a couple of short elbows.
Putin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Putin is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Evaristo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Evaristo can't do much from the bottom here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Putin thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Putin is trying to get an arm triangle but Evaristo is defending well.
Putin tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Putin works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Putin has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Evaristo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Evaristo flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Putin looking to control and managing it successfully.
Evaristo takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Evaristo really is a fat lump.
Putin landing strikes from the mount and Evaristo is in trouble!
Evaristo is rocked!

Putin postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Evaristo badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Putin around the waist but Putin pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Putin is the winner by TKO! Putin jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
