The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Gracie.
Fest shoots and misses
and Gracie counters with a right hand to the body.
Fest has his takedown stuffed
and Gracie counters with an inside leg kick.
Gracie tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fest was well out of range. Poor timing from Gracie.
Fest fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A quick step to the side and Gracie tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Holden Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fun Fest.

and Gracie counters with a right hand to the body.
Fest goes for a double leg but Gracie avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gracie continues to drive forward.
Gracie connects with a body shot that sends Fest's belly button to the back.
Fest looks winded!
Fest throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Gracie blocks a head kick by Fest.
Gracie appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Gracie connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Gracie scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fest with a poor takedown
and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Fun Fest has been cut.
Holden Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fest with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gracie to score with a decent uppercut.

Fest is rocked!
Gracie knocks out Fest with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Gracie before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Gracie picks up the big W with a huge KO!
