Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Ruiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby McBarz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruiz comes into the arena with OCTAGON blaring out of the sound system. McBarz has chosen Alicia Keys - In Common as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Oliver Ruiz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby McBarz!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBarz connects with a body shot.
Ruiz gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
McBarz jabs Ruiz to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Bobby McBarz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ruiz closes the distance and clinches.
Ruiz is pushing McBarz up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Ruiz tries to pull guard but McBarz won't allow it.
A frustrated look appears on McBarz's face as he tries to break the clinch.
McBarz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ruiz is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
McBarz sends Ruiz crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McBarz is motioning to the referee to let Ruiz up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Ruiz is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McBarz connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Ruiz to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by McBarz!
