The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Shevchenko blocks the low kick.
Mugabe wants to clinch up but Shevchenko keeps it at a distance.

and Shevchenko counters with a single leg into guard. Mugabe didn't expect that.

Mugabe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Mugabe lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Shevchenko has his foot on Mugabe's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mugabe works his way back into a safe position though.

Mugabe has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Shevchenko to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mugabe is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Shevchenko pulls down on the head and he's put Mugabe to sleep! This one is all over!
