The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall tries to score with a low kick but O Brien moves his leg out of the way.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Hall checks a leg kick.
O Brien thows a left - swing and a miss!
It seemed like Hall was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hall swats away the attempt to clinch by O Brien.
Hall feints a counter leg kick.
Hall throws a leg kick but O Brien sees it coming and moves out of range.
Hall shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
O Brien throws a chopping leg kick but Hall manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Hall connects with a solid leg kick.
Hall slips a straight right by O Brien.
Donk. O Brien catches Hall right on the button with a cross.

Hall steps to the side to avoid the strikes from O Brien.
Hall misses the body punch
and O Brien counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hall scores with a leg kick.
Nice takedown defense from Hall. No joy for O Brien on that attempt.
Hall wants to counter with a clinch but O Brien pushes him away.
This has been an exciting period of action!

O Brien was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Hall fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt O Brien.
O Brien throws an overhand right that lands on Hall's shoulder, as Hall tries to avoid the shot.
Hall moves out of range as O Brien strikes.
Hall avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hall thumps O Brien with a low kick.
Hall throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
O Brien throws out a powerful jab.
O Brien cracks a nice hook into Hall's ribs.
O Brien checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
O Brien looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
We've been informed that Hall has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
O Brien throws a leg kick but Hall sees it coming and moves out of range.
O Brien takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
O Brien looks to land a left hand but Hall moved out of range nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hall avoids the body shot from O Brien.

Hall throws a wild body kick that O Brien sees coming a mile off.
Hall rushes O Brien and presses him up against the cage.

O Brien tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hall's elbow.
O Brien lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Hall to his knees! O Brien keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
