Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bartel Diakite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredrik Fredriksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Diakite might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Diamonds. Fredriksson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rob Bailey & The Hustle Standard - BEAST. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diakite gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Fredriksson to counter with a crisp jab.
Diakite fails with the takedown.
Diakite tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fredriksson defends well and Diakite ends up having to push Fredriksson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Fredriksson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bartel Diakite. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Diakite tries for a takedown but Fredriksson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fredriksson just misses with a punch to the body.

and Fredriksson counters with a crisp one two that drops Diakite! Fredriksson thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Diakite to his feet! Diakite is in big trouble!

Diakite will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Diakite shoots for a takedown but Fredriksson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Fredriksson counters with a left and a right... And another left! Diakite is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
