Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Vogelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deniz Undav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vogelo comes to the ring accompanied by ftp. Undav is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Lonely Boy . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jonas Vogelo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Deniz Undav! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vogelo scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Undav is trying to get back to full guard. Undav is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Vogelo pulls his head out easily. Undav really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vogelo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Vogelo is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Vogelo is working for a kimura but Undav is defending it quite comfortably.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vogelo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Vogelo prevents Undav from improving his position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Undav looking for submissions off his back. Vogelo is looking for a kimura but Undav is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Vogelo to get the leverage. Undav trying to hold on to Vogelo's head to control him but Vogelo postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Vogelo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Vogelo is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Undav sees it coming and defends easily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Undav is looking to control Vogelo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Undav avoid being mounted? Undav won't allow Vogelo to pass to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jonas Vogelo dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Vogelo is looking to clinch. Undav drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Vogelo defends it well. Nice sprawl there from Undav as Vogelo shoots in. Undav checks the leg kick. Undav stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Undav wants it to stay on the feet. Undav throws a counter combo. Undav avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vogelo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Undav but Undav pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jonas Vogelo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Undav slaps away a takedown attempt from Vogelo, before circling back to the center of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vogelo tries to close the distance and clinch but Undav swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Undav is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Vogelo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Undav to the ground. Vogelo is now in Undav's guard. Undav wants to control the position but Vogelo says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Undav tries to get to full guard but Vogelo has control of the leg. Undav moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Undav working a defensive guard but Vogelo manages to pass into side control anyway.
Undav can't do much from the bottom here. Undav trying to control but Vogelo flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Vogelo working for a choke but Undav reverses nicely into Vogelo 's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vogelo preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Vogelo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Undav is aware though and is defending well. Vogelo being controlled here, momentarily. Undav stands up from guard. Let's bang! Undav defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Vogelo. Vogelo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Undav.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vogelo shoots in for a double leg but Undav sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Vogelo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Undav swivels and escapes. Undav shoots in but no luck this time. Undav explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Undav clinches. Undav breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Undav moves into range and clinches up with Vogelo. Undav's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Vogelo throws a lazy right hand but Undav sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Undav moves into range and clinches up with Vogelo. Undav pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A solid leg kick lands there for Undav.
Jonas Vogelo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. That kick from Undav tenderised Vogelo's leg. Vogelo is trying to keep his angry face on. Undav has a takedown stuffed. Undav fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Vogelo, pushing him back against the ropes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Undav escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
No luck for Undav with that takedown attempt. Undav drives through and clinches with Vogelo against the ropes.

Undav closes the distance and pushes Vogelo back into the ropes. Undav is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Vogelo pulls him back up using the underhooks. Vogelo pulls guard successfully.
Vogelo looking for a triangle here. Undav is fighting it but it looks tight! Vogelo pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Undav is tapping out - this one is all over!
